Grove Court Planning Application Refused

A planning application to build 8 1-bedroom flats on top of the existing apartments at Grove Court on the corner of The Grove and Little Gaynes Lane has been rejected by Havering Council.

The lack of parking and the negative visual impact upon the street scene and for neighbours were among the principal reasons for the application to be refused. The Council received a large volume of emails and letters from concerned local residents requesting that the application be rejected. We would like to thank everyone who gave the Council their views.

If the applicant lodges an appeal, we will advise you.
