Anti-social behaviour in Hall Lane Playing Fields and Upminster Park

Following reports of anti-social behaviour over the weekend in Hall Lane Playing Fields and Upminster Park, our local Police Safer Neighbourhood Teams have told us that arrests were made and ‘dispersal orders’ put in place, covering both locations. They will be undertaking additional patrols in these areas.
