Chapman’s Farm Update

As previously highlighted, the decision on the planning application (P1673.18) to build 9 houses on the Green Belt site at Chapman’s Farm (stable yard), Hall Lane, is due on the 8^th March.

However, a separate planning application to provide a new agricultural access from Hall Lane, with associated surfacing work, (p1896.18) was recently approved by Havering Council. This should, however, not have any affect on the decision for the main application. We shall of course keep you updated of any developments via our website (ucra.co.uk), social media and The Bulletin.
