Computers For The Disabled (a registered charity based in Basildon) helps disabled people to communicate and participate in day-to-day activities that most of us take for granted. They do this by recycling donated computers and giving them to disabled people as an alternative means of keeping in touch.

They only charge whatever it costs to build or service the computers they supply and are all volunteers (see their website)

If you have any of the following items that are no longer needed they would be happy to receive them as donations to keep on their good work –

Windows laptops (no older than 6 years)

iPads (no older than 5 years)

iPhones (no older than 3 years)
