Cranham is blooming again!

Isn’t it amazing how quickly the summer planting season comes around? June saw a lot of activity from some of the borough’s young people, helping to make Cranham bloom. The 2nd Cranham Cubs joined me on one of their group nights to plant out the troughs in the Village, they had a short talk from Michael Webb on bee keeping and then carried out a litter pick around the shopping area. This was followed a week later by the 1st Cranham Girls Brigade joining me to plant out the bollard planters in Avon Road. None of the helpers went away empty handed, as they each received information about bees, and the local area.

Thank you to all, who have helped to make the area colourful.
