Credit Where Credit is Due

While we have carried items on the website about the failings of some local bus services, there are also instances where credit is due. An example was last month when the driver of a 248 Bus in Avon Road acted swiftly when a passenger was taken seriously ill by immediately making the person comfortable while calling the ambulance service. Compliments, as well as complaints, can be sent to Transport for London at CUSTOMERSERVICES@TFL.GOV.UK
