Havering Council have informed us that their Planning Department website will be unavailable from Friday 03 March until around 09 March 2023. This is due to an upgrade of the computer system the use.

During this time, the following systems will not be accessible:

• Planning applications
• Planning appeals
• Planning Enforcement
• Building Regulation applications
• Land Charges system
• Street Name and Numbering
