Havering Council’s Housing Services department has launched a new Housing Strategy, to shape their services for the next five years. As part of this, they have started a public consultation (which runs until 07 March 2021) to encourage residents to give their views on the following aims –

1. Deliver more genuinely affordable homes that meet the needs of Havering residents
2. Maintain good quality homes, prioritising safety and environmental sustainability
3. Support existing and future residents to live independently and well
4. Deliver good quality housing services for all residents
