Injunction Against Unauthorised Encampments in Havering

On 12 September 2019, the High Court granted Havering Council’s application for an Interim Injunction to prevent unauthorised encampments across over 200 sites in the London Borough of Havering and against both named individuals and persons unknown. This will give the Council extra powers to effectively tackle the issue of such encampments on both public and privately owned land.
