Havering Council are holding a second Character Study stakeholder workshop for residents and community groups on 21 June 2023 at Romford Town Hall.

Consultation with external stakeholders so far has included four pop-up events at key town centre locations, a stakeholder workshop in March and an online questionnaire.

The stakeholder workshop in March helped to define the different neighbourhoods in the borough and understand what people value about the places where they live and work. The next stakeholder workshop will explore, with residents and community groups, opportunities and ideas to improve the character of these neighbourhoods and help shape a vision for each of Havering’s places.
