Dear Dawn,

There have been many rumours flying around since the initial planning application went in. Whilst there cannot be any guarantee that an organisation won't block book rooms, we have been told that Travelodge's business model does not include this sort of thing for newly built hotels. It has been suggested to us that the likely clientele will be business people and workmen during the week, tourists to London wanting to stay on the outskirts of the city rather than pay inflated inner London prices, and people attending local functions, such as weddings etc. at weekends.
