Older Person’s Freedom Passes need renewing every five years, therefore residents whose pass expires on 31st March 2020 may need to take action to renew it.

A renewed Older Person’s Freedom Pass will automatically be posted to your home address between February – March 2020 as long as you have used your pass within the last 2 years and your address details have not changed. If this is the case, you do not need to take any action and you will receive your new pass before your current pass expires.

However, if you have not used it in the last two years and/or your address has changed, you will need to take action. See the London Councils website for further information on what to do.
