The Planning Application (P1175.18) to build 8 flats on land behind Tesco in Front Lane (accessed via alleyway as pictured) has been refused by the Council.

Just some of the reasons for refusal include poor quality of amenity space, overshadowing, lack of private amenity space, proposed car parking spaces of poor quality and accessibility harmful to the amenity of occupiers.
