Police Issue a 48 Hour Dispersal Order
The Police have issued a Section 35 Dispersal Order for next 48 hours in the Upminster/Cranham/Hornchurch area.
The Dispersal Order provides the police with powers to dispense individuals in order to remove or reduce the likelihood of members of the public becoming “harassed, alarmed or distressed” or “the occurrence of crime or disorder” in a particular area. Officers can direct people to leave the area and not return for up to 48 hours.
Delighted to read this. This area is known to be safe until recently when this low life travel here causing problems both to residents youngsters and shop keepers. We need to act and keep them out and our locality safe.
