Upminster and Cranham’s infrastructure is already at breaking point. Can’t hardly move throughout town now in the mornings due to heavy traffic. This will only make matters worse. More importantly Kerry drive is not a sufficient enough road for access to a housing estate. Anyone who has ever driven down this road and surrounding area knows this.
