Thames Chase annual art and culture exhibition
Thames Chase will be holding their 5th annual art and culture exhibition at their Forest Centre in Pike Lane, Upminster, from 02-12 September 2021, celebrating 30 years of Thames Chase Community Artists.
Following the launch of a virtual exhibition last year during lockdown, Thames Chase will now be hosting a hybrid event with both live and virtual elements for visitors to explore and enjoy, alongside an exciting programme of cultural events.
The show will feature a wide range of artworks inspired by what can be seen and found throughout the Thames Chase Community Forest. The exhibition will run alongside a programme of musical performances and artist demonstrations for all the community to enjoy.
Mary Wright, Thames Chase Trust Co Chair says: ‘It is very exciting to be celebrating the reopening of the Thames Chase Community Forest Centre with our local artists in such a celebratory way. This 5th year of the exhibition will display the extensive local artistic and musical talent to a wide audience and hopefully inspire those living in and around the Community Forest.’
