Residents’ Association councillors have been contacted by several local people, asking whether the re-scheduled We Are FSTVL will still be going ahead in Upminster on 12-13 September? This followed recent press reports that indicated that it may be held in Dagenham and then that that event had been cancelled for 2020.

We have not received a response to our enquiry to the organisers and at the time of writing (04 August 2020) the festival website does not indicate that it has been cancelled but Havering Council officials have confirmed that any event attracting 25,000+ plus people would not be allowed to take place during the current health restrictions.
