Two retrospective planning applications at the same location of Whitepost Farm, Ockendon Road, North Ockendon, have been refused by Havering Council’s Planning Department.

The first (P0603.25) was a ‘Retrospective application for change of use of industrial estate to car sales and ancillary uses…’

The second (A0023.25) was a ‘Retrospective application for 2x non-illuminated fascia signs and 2x non-illuminated freestanding signs.’
