Proposed zebra crossing outside 321 Front Lane

Following lobbying from residents and councillors over several years, Havering Council are proposing to install a zebra crossing outside 321 Front Lane, Cranham. This will provide a safe crossing particularly for families in the Waycross Road area to walk to and from Engayne Primary School, as well as the nearby bus stop.

As part of the process, the council have launched a public consultation, which is open until 03 October 2025. For details and to take part in the consultation, visit Front Lane Zebra Crossing Questionnaire.
