The last of the results of the 2026 Local Elections in Havering were not announced until breakfast time on Friday 08 May 2026. Whilst the borough made national headlines, by Reform UK taking control of the council, locally, the six Upminster and Cranham Residents’ Association candidates in Cranham and Upminster Wards, were all successfully elected.

The candidates would like to express sincere thanks to our residents, for placing your trust in us once again. We are aware of the challenges that now face us, and will continue to fight to maintain and improve our area.

The results for the UCRA candidates in Cranham Ward were –

• Gillian Ford – 2844 votes
• John Tyler – 2407
• Lesley Tyler – 2184

The results for the UCRA candidates in Upminster Ward were –

• Michael Fisher – 2633 votes
• Oscar Ford – 2770
• Chris Wilkins – 2541
