Havering Council has informed us of the result of appeals concerning two planning applications (P0946.25 and J0023.25), to add an extra storey and two flats to Avon House, Avon Road, Cranham. The original applications were both refused in 2025 by Havering Council, but the applicant subsequently appealed to the national Planning Inspectorate.

The Planning Inspectorate has refused both appeals.
