Havering Council’s Live Well Havering Team has asked us to publicise the following message –

Havering Council’s Public Health Team is keen to visit local groups for people aged 50 and over, to share practical health and wellbeing advice to help residents stay well throughout the winter months. If you would like one of our Health Trainers (community outreach workers) to visit your group, please fill out their Public Health Team contact form by 31 August 2026.

We will do our best to accommodate requests, although we may not be able to attend every group. A member of the team will contact you to discuss a potential visit or let you know if we are unable to offer a session at this time over the coming month.

We look forward to working with you to help local residents stay healthy, connected and well this winter.
