Havering Libraries Warm Coats Initiative

Havering Libraries Warm Coats Initiative is once again being run to help those who may struggle to afford to buy a warm coat this winter, by providing one free of charge.

To enable this, Havering Council are asking residents to donate adult or children’s coats that are warm, clean and in good condition, but no longer needed, to any library in Havering during opening hours.
