Blaze of Upminster Majorettes and Baton Twirlers recently participated in the UK Federation of Majorettes 50th National Championships held in Camber Sands, East Sussex.

The team of 15 boys and girls (aged 6-16) competed alongside more than 25 other troupes and returned home with a total of 40 trophies in Solo, Group and Troupe events. Every member received a minimum of 2 trophies each and they all took part in the Outdoor Troupe Display which gained 1st place.

Their Troupe Leader and trainers are very proud of all of the members who took part and would like to thank all their parents and grandparents for their continued support.

They train at Upminster Baptist Church on Thursday evenings 6.30-8.00 are currently have vacancies in their 5-8 age group. Email blazeofupminster@hotmail.com to book a free trial.

Blaze are also taking bookings for displays at school fetes and charity fundraisers. Free of charge for local events.
