The Upminster Windmill Team would like to thank everyone who visited or supported them in any way last year. Funds raised at their open weekends and other events help maintain the mill site and develop facilities available to visitors, as well as supporting educational workshops for schools.

Their open season for 2026 starts on Good Friday 03 April, with their popular Annual Easter Egg Hunt – the sails will be turning (wind allowing) and the Mill open for tours.

The mill site will also be open the following weekend 11-12 April 2026.

The mill and garden will be open on additional days in 2026, between April and October, for families and visitors, who can tour the mill or simply enjoy refreshments in their peaceful and award winning garden. Some new attractions are planned – further details, including opening dates and times for the year are available via upminsterwindmill.org .
