The Upminster and Cranham Residents’ Association (UCRA) Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 23 March 2026 at 7.0pm. The venue is the church hall, Trinity United Reform Church, 29 Station Road, Upminster RM14 2JS.

• Treasurer’s report
• Election of Association Officers (Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary)
• Appointments (The Bulletin Editor, Advertising Manager, Auditor)

Anyone wishing to seek election as an Association Officer should familiarize themselves with para. 5 of the Association Rules which are available on the UCRA website. Anyone wishing to proceed must submit their application to the Association Secretary before the cut-off point of Monday 09 of March 2026.

In addition, should an Association member have anything that they wish to be considered for inclusion as Any Other Business on the agenda, they should contact the Secretary (details below).
