We have been advised that there will be a service increase from Saturday 02 November 2024, to the 370 bus route which operates between Lakeside Shopping Centre and Romford Market, passing through Upminster.

Buses will operate:

• Every 12 minutes instead of every 15 minutes during the day on Monday to Saturday
• Every 20 minutes instead of every 30 minutes all day on Sunday and on all evenings of the week
• There is no change to the frequency at any other time or to the times of the first or last buses

Those who use the Church Lane bus stops in North Ockendon, accessing by foot, will be pleased to know that Cllr Jacqueline Williams requested the Council clear the pathway along Ockendon Road, from the junction with Clay Tye Rd, to make it easier for pedestrians to use. The bus stops in both directions have also been cleared of weeds, which were hindering access from one side of the road to another when using the bus stops.
