Hall Lane Mini Golf site – Residents’ Association submit further objections

Cranham Ward Councillors have continued to challenge the Council’s proposals for the Hall Lane Upminster Mini Golf site and the appropriation, disposal and development of 48 properties, by Havering Council’s own housing company, Mercury Land Holdings Ltd.

The Upminster & Cranham Residents Association (UCRA) recently commissioned an Independent Planning Architect, and a heritage and environment expert, to review the proposals and documents that Mercury Land Holdings submitted as part of the outline planning application. The final UCRA reports, highlighting why the planning application should be rejected, have now been submitted to the Council.

Separately, a submission has been made to the Planning Inspectorate, airing residents and Councillors concerns over due process regarding the mini golf site.

We will continue to update residents of all further developments regarding this matter.
