Upminster Ward Residents’ Association councillors have been informed that Havering Council have commenced Planning Enforcement action against the owners of Osteria Due Amici restaurant at 39-41 Corbets Tey Road, Upminster, for ‘Without planning permission, the construction of an extension to the front of the building,forming an enclosed seating area.’

Councillors have also been informed that the owners have appealed this decision, which will be decided by the national Planning Inspectorate.
