With reference to our previous post about the Upminster Tithe Barn being nominated for the 2025 Wood Awards, we are delighted to hear that although it did not win, the Tithe Barn received the Highly Commended award in the Restoration and Reuse category, recognising that the ‘…project has brought new life to a medieval timber-framed barn while preserving its unique character and historical value.’
