It is with great sadness that we have to inform you that our dear friend and
colleague, Stuart Chapell passed away this week (July 2026).

He was an enthusiastic supporter of the Havering Residents Association, and a tireless worker for the community. He wanted to represent the area as a Councillor and, with this in mind he stood in Emerson Park Ward for the Residents Association in May 2026, narrowly missing out on being elected.

Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
