All Saints’ Players next production
All Saints’ Players are performing a production of Love Begins at Fifty, a farcical comedy play by Raymond Hopkins.
Clive has been married to Anita for 28 years. He feels deprived of love and affection whilst Anita believes she has married beneath her. In order to have some fun before his fiftieth birthday, Clive chooses three prospective partners from the local newspaper’s ‘Lonely Hearts’ column. Unbeknownst to him, Anita enters a competition in the same paper. From that point onwards, things get a little complicated.
What happens next? All will be revealed.
Performances will be at All Saints’ Church Hall, Ardleigh Green Road, Hornchurch, RM11 2LG from Thursday 14 – Saturday 16 May 2026, starting at 8pm. Doors open half an hour before curtain up.
