Following a consultation, the times have subsequently changed for the operation and road restrictions for the School Streets Scheme on the whole of Cedar Avenue and South View Drive (west from the junction of Acacia Drive).

Please ignore the afternoon times stated in the November edition of The Bulletin and on a previous entry on our website. These times were correct at the time of going to print, but were then changed by Havering Council. The correct restriction times are between 2:00 and 3:30pm.

Sorry for any confusion. A correction article will also appear in the December Bulletin.
