Cranham councillors busy with potholes!
Cranham Ward councillors have been particularly busy this week. As well as their normal ward work and enquires, they have reported around 50 potholes and damaged pavements that present a trip hazard, that they found on their travels around the ward. Each will be examined by Havering Council and appropriate remedial work undertaken.
Residents can report potholes, uneven paving stones/slabs and broken kerb stones themselves, as long as they meet the following criteria –
- 40mm deep and 300mm wide in the carriageway
- 25mm deep on the footway
To make a report, visit Havering Council’s Damaged Roads and Pavements webpage.
