Cranham Ward Councillors Gillian Ford and John Tyler held a well attended meeting at the HAD building in Wingletye Lane on Friday 23 October 2025, for residents of the Dury Falls Estate.

Also open to other residents, topics covered included the alleyway from the estate to Upminster Station, Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs), Cranham Police Ward Panel, various issues concerning roads on the estate and the likely future planning application to build a housing estate on land behind Benets Road.
