Are you in need of support for your emotional well-being?

HBBS Counselling is a local charity which has been supporting the community for over 30 years. They offer a safe confidential space to support you with a wide range of issues including loss, bereavement, anxiety and depression.

For Havering adult residents, they provide a FREE programme of individual face to face counselling. They also provide other services, including children’s counselling, parent support sessions, couples counselling and an online counselling service.
