With reference to the ongoing planning application (P0248.19) to redevelop the miniature golf course in Hall Lane, Upminster (see our previous posts on 07 and 08 January this year) and the recent revised application that was submitted to Havering Council’s Planning Department, the Upminster and Cranham Residents’ Association have now submitted a revised planning statement to the council, again showing reasons why this attack on one of wonderful green spaces should not be allowed.
