Hall Lane mini golf site sold

Havering Council have confirmed that the sale of the Hall Lane mini golf site has now been completed. It is a sad day for the area, that Residents’ Association councillors and many residents had hoped would not happen, but the site is now likely to be subject of a full planning application at some point, to turn it into housing.

Cranham Ward’s Residents’ Association councillors have received complaints regarding the fencing that has been erected, and a suggestion that a tree covered by a Tree Protection Order may have been cut down. We are liaising with council official and will continue to monitor any activity on the site, to ensure that works comply with planning regulations.

The mini golf is now a sorry sight, but below are a few pictures which show it in better days.
