Following the closing date of the two public consultations into the proposed Appropriation and Disposal of the Hall Lane Mini Golf Courses, the Residents’ Association’s Cranham Councillors are continuing to work with residents and other interested parties to oppose both of these proposals and the current outline planning application to build 48 houses and flats on the site – P0248.19. 

Council officers have now suggested there may be another consultation process in the autumn with the regard to the outline planning application. At this stage it is not known if this will be a completely new application or an amendment to the existing one. We will keep residents advised if and when this is announced, together with details of any new or revised plans.
