If you have not heard of H.A.D, they are a small charity based in the green hut just off Wingletye Lane in Hornchurch.

They provide a range of groups from social clubs to wellbeing activities, art sessions, days out and lots more for adults with additional needs. All their regular groups and activities cost less then £5 and are held in their hall, which is fully accessible.

After a busy Christmas and New Year period H.A.D are now planning events, trips and fundraisers for 2024.

If you or any friends and family are over 18 and have a physical or sensory disability and would like to join any of their groups, please do get in touch or drop in to see them.
