Havering Council are leading a bid for the borough to become London’s Borough of Culture in 2025. The bid is a joint collaboration of organisations including Havering Changing, FUSE (Local Cultural Education Partnership), Communicating Havering, Creative Health Havering.

The London Borough of Culture title would bring in millions of pounds of investment and create exciting new cultural offers and opportunities for residents for generations to come.
