Havering Council have a published list of Warm Spaces in the Borough, where people can visit if they are struggling to heat their home and would benefit from a friendly and safe place to go. Our local Warm Space is in the New Windmill Hall in Upminster.

In addition, residents can visit any of the local libraries or the leisure centres in Romford and Hornchurch, during opening hours, for the same reason.
