Land South of Kerry Drive – Planning application refused

We have been informed that the planning application for 98 houses an flats on land next to the Brickfields in Cranham has been refused by Havering Council’s Planning Department. The applicants do, however, have the ability to appeal to the Government’s Planning Inspectorate if they wish.
