Local planning appeal results
Recently, the results of two appeals against the refusal of planning permission in our area, have been published.
- 1A Howard Road, Upminster (Original planning ref. P1087.23 – Demolition of existing commercial unit and construction of a flatted block to comprise 1×1 bedroom flat, 2×2 bedroom flats and 1×3 bedroom flat). Appeal dismissed 07 May 2024.
- 119 Front Lane, Cranham (Original planning ref. P0211.23 – Proposed demolition of existing bungalow and replace with 2 x semi detached 3 bedroom chalets). Appeal dismissed 21 May 2024.
