A memorial tree planting in memory of our dearly missed friend and colleague, Cllr Clarence Barrett, took place this morning (Friday 13 December) on the green in Westbury Terrace, Upminster, at the junction with Ashvale Drive.

Attended by members of Clarence’s family, friends and former colleagues, the Deputy Mayor of Havering, Cllr John Mylod, gave a short address to dedicate the tree.
