With reference to the planning application (P0552.23) in July 2023 for an extra house and other minor changes at the former mini golf site in Hall Lane, which was refused by the Planning Department at Havering Council, the applicants have submitted an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate, who will review the original decision and decide whether to allow the appeal or not.
