Havering Council have announced that they have signed a contract to provide waste collection, street cleaning and other related services, from 30 July 2023.

Some of the more significant points are  –

• Weekly waste and recycling collections will continue
• Glass bottles etc. will be able to be put out as part of the orange sack recycling
• Plastic pots, tubs and trays will also be able to be included in orange sacks.
