Havering Council has received a further planning application reference P0901.24 for the former Telephone Exchange at 180-182 St.Mary’s Lane, Upminster, for a change of use from offices to residential, to provide 6 dwellings, and also the erection of single storey mews building to the rear.

A number of previous applications at Exchange House have been refused in the past.
