Following work by Upminster and Cranham Residents’ Association’s Cranham Ward Councillors to obtain funding as part of the Section 106 contribution from the Hall Lane Mini Golf site, when the developers applied to omit a play area at the front of the site, the money obtained is now being spent at two other play areas in the ward, Fleet Close and Cranham Brickfields.

Both projects are due to be completed in October 2026, weather permitting. During the work, the play areas will be closed for safety reasons.
