Havering Council are holding a public consultation (open until 27 April 2025) on their proposal to remove two street trees outside 42 Hall Lane, Upminster, opposite Ashburnham Gardens. The trees are showing signs of Dutch Elm disease, which is highly contagious to other Elm trees.
